Because each item is carefully handmade, we want to make sure you love your purchase!

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Must be returned in original packaging (if possible)
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handmade products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right!

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 3 -5 business days for processing
